Students are responsible for the safe custody of their
books and belongings. Money should not be lent or borrowed or articles
exchanged. The school is not responsible for the loss of goods or money.
Daily requirements and Tiffin have to be brought to the
school by the students. No items will be accepted at the school counter or
gate.
Care must be taken of the school property. The students
must not write, scratch or spoil the furniture, or in any way damage what is
provided for their use. Any damage done to the school property must be made
good by the student concerned.
Electronic goods (mobile phones, cameras, CDs, Pend
rives, Tabs, Laptops etc.) expensive pens/watches, jewellery, cash or toys is
strictly prohibited within the school. If any of these items are found in the
possession of students, they will be confiscated and will not be returned.
Parents and pupils (individually or collectively) are
forbidden to give gifts to the teachers.
Students are forbidden to give birthday gifts to one
another. A token gift of chocolate may be allowed.
Collection for any purpose whatsoever requires the
Principal's sanction.
Students should not bring more than Rs 30/- for the
purpose of snacks to the school.
Students are forbidden to bring crackers, explosives and
other dangerous materials to school.
Every precaution is taken to avoid accidents. If any
accident occurs in school first aid will be given. However, when
hospitalization is necessary it may be done even before the parents/guardians
can be informed. Ordinarily the students will be sent to the hospital nearest
to the school. Hospital expenses must be borne by the parent/guardian.
Students are not allowed to enter class rooms other than
their own.
In the absence of the Teacher in the class-room, students
are required to observe silence and obey the class Monitor.
Staying away from mandatory school function, including
Annual Day and Sports Day without prior permission and /or, justification will
be considered a major discipline default.
Students are responsible to school authorities for their
conduct not only in the school but also for their general behavior outside. Any
report or observed objectionable conduct outside the school on the part of the
pupils will make them liable to disciplinary action. It is expected that
through their good behavior they must enhance the prestige of the school.
Although the conservation of our environment is
fundamental, it is also equally decent that applications made to the Principal
or the School Office be done in a decent sheet of paper. Applications submitted
to the office or to the Principal inappropriately will not be considered.
School diary is to be preserved carefully and no page
from it should be destroyed or smudged. Anyone losing it should get a written
authorization from the Principal to buy duplicate with a fine of Rs.200/-
After School hours,
students are not permitted to go from school for group outings organized on
their own or on their friends' houses for birthday parties or any other
celebrations.
